I had an interview with a journalist called Michael Miller last week, for the BBC retail news section. The topic was about online retail businesses and how they deal with return rates over the Christmas period. Titled “Return to sender: Why the Christmas boom can be a retail headache” the article includes discussion from experts in e commerce and the retail industry as a whole. Daniel Footwear was used as a case study and I explained how we are producing new photography, making descriptions clearer and improving our general customer service strategy.
It was exciting to see this topic on the homepage of the BBC with several quotes plugged under my name. However I must point out ‘I’m not the owner of the company’ which is quite an obvious typo :).
